Two of our physician co-founders actually wrote the book on sunscreens (or at least several chapters) that educates other experts in their field. Years of Hard Work to make the perfect product.

We spend years on our research and development for our sunscreen and skincare formulas. Why? The truth is- we have set the challenge for ourselves to use effective ingredients at their effective concentration.

For sunscreens, that means we use the maximum concentration of zinc oxide despite the cost and difficulty. We think this gives the best protection and there are no good cheaper or easier options.

For skincare, we choose actives that go beyond traditional ones like retinol and Vitamin C. We would rather use unique and game changing ingredients that you cannot find in other skincare brands. There are so many promising ingredients, backed by incredible science and innovation that are much more exciting.

We actually patented one of our innovations around the world to make zinc oxide more effective. A plant-derived ingredient from sugar cane actually makes our zinc oxide sunscreens perform better and give better UVA and UVB protection. That means our mineral sunscreens truly are different than their competitors and are a better daily solution for your skin.
