Standard Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand it can be difficult to purchase skincare products on-line.  We encourage you to contact us with any questions you might have before purchasing so that we can direct you to the best possible product for your specific needs.  

If after purchasing your product, you are not satisfied with it, we will accept returns of used and unused product within 2 weeks of your purchase.  Within 2 weeks of your purchase, we will refund 100% of your money back guaranteed but will ask you to ship us back the product at your cost. 

If you do have issues with using your purchased product, we highly recommend that you reach out to us.  We can advise you of any small adjustments in using the products or possibly exchange the product for one better suited for you.  In the end, we want you to have had an enjoyable experience with our products and us as a company.  Our customer service is comprised of real people who are flexible and can be accommodating.

  3. No Returns or Refunds: Once purchased, final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
